Usage instructions for Microsoft Azure users:
Launch the server. This server does not require the powerful computing resources - you can choose a simple instance type. After launching, this server is immediately fully operational. No server setup required.
When launching the server, the proxy services are started with the following credentials:
Username: proxyuser
Password: last 12 characters of your Virtual Machine ID (VmId). Click here to see how to find the password on your Azure panel.
Use following settings on a client side:
Proxy server address: ip address of your instance on AWS
Proxy SOCKS5 port: 1080
Proxy HTTP port: 3128
Linux username: azureuser
